Have at least 2 years of experience 
```

4,000 verifiable hours of experience in their specialty ( Postpartum Doulas and Newborn Care specialist)

Be certified or licensed in your specialty (Preference will be given to NCS’s that are Cache certified or Advanced certified through the Newborn Care specialist Association)

Have 3-4 verifiable professional references

Current CPR certification with in an in person practice component

Be able to pass a national background check

Clean Driving record for positions that require driving

Have professional liability insurance policy

LOCATION: NASHVILLE, TN: PENDING

1-2 nights/week 8pm-6am and 1-2 days/ 10am-2pm

A strong preference will be given to Certified Newborn Care specialist and Certified Postpartum doulas with overnight newborn care experience. This family is open to 2 different caregivers
